Customs Duties and Taxes
If you are located outside South Africa, or in the case of your parcel being sent from Berlin, outside of the EU - your country may levy import duties or taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) on goods sent by mail. All possible duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. This is international practice in all cross-border ecommerce transactions.The courier company may also charge a small customs handling fee directly from the receiving customer.
We send out all our parcels with the proper customs documentation to the best of our knowledge and invoices attached. Should your order be a gift, you can notify us of that during the order process by checking the appropriate button. Different tax and duty free thresholds may apply to gifts, depending on destination country.

Returns & Replacements
In accordance with EU regulations but not limited to customers from the EU, we offer a 1 week cooling off period in which the buyer can return the goods without having to name any reason. This period starts from receipt of the goods by mail or courier. The full pruchase price including shipping will be refunded in such cases.
However, in accordance with the same regulations, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back and for their undamaged return to us (please use insured mail or courier). Should the goods be faulty in any way, the customer has the choice of either demanding exchange or full refund including shipment costs after return of the faulty goods. Electronic devices carry a warranty of 6 months from receipt.
This return policy does NOT apply to any Wavegenome or Tesla-Dipol products, which are, as sensitive energetic devices, excluded from returns except in cases of damage to the device itself. In such a case, please contact us and we will arrange for a repair.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are as shown on the website. Due to the functionality of the e-commerce software used, prices can be shown in different currencies than the actual payment processing. Small deviations due to currency exchange rates are possible when a payment is processed in a different currency than the one indicated.  

All our prices are based on GBP prices, except for the ZAR prices, and are as such subject to exchange rate fluctuations between the British Pound and your chosen currency.

In order to view details of your orders and monitor the progress of our order processing use the link on top of the home page to log into your account. Please note that you can only view orders placed while you were logged in through your account - if you checked out your order as a guest, you will no be able to access it through your account.

Updating Account Information

You need to be logged in in order to change address details or other aspects of your profile. In the case of a lost password, you can either reset the password manually or contact us through out Helpdesk function, and we will provide you with a new password.
