Since our recent updates we have repeatedly heard complaints about difficulties in placing an order on our website.

It seems that only older existing customers are affected.

Something must have corrupted the database.

If you find it impossible to complete the checkout process, please do one of the following:

1. Checkout as guest

or

2. create a new account (you will need to use a different email address)

This should solve or rather circumvent the problem
