Returns & Replacements

In accordance with US law but not limited to customers customers, we offer a 14 day cooling off period in which the buyer can return the goods without having to name any reason. This period starts from receipt of the goods by mail or courier. The full pruchase price including shipping will be refunded in such cases.

However, in accordance with the same regulations, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back and for their undamaged return to us (please use insured mail or courier).

Refunds will be processed by us upon return of the goods. Please allow 5-7 working days after receiving your return for us to process your refund. Refunds will be made via the payment method selected upon checkout.
