South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,800. Flat rate on smaller orders calculated at checkout.
International: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.
EU orders: No customs duties — shipped from Germany by Orgone Power Europe UG.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us first.
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
